When you visit the website

• No analytics cookies or advertising trackers are used. Fonts are served from our own servers.
• The server hosting the website may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested), used only for security and to keep the site running.
• If you pick a language with the FR/EN switch, your choice is stored in your browser for later visits. It is not sent to us.

When you use the chat

The website's chat only loads once you agree in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser for 13 months, and you can change it at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page. If you accept the chat:

• a visitor identifier is stored in your browser so your conversation can be picked up on a later visit. It stays there until you clear your browser data for this site;
• the content of your messages is stored, along with any contact details you choose to give (name, email, phone);
• if you give your email address, you receive a message with a confirmation link. The link expires after one hour.

The chat's answers are generated automatically by a language model, from the information published on this website.

When you book a meeting

The "Book a meeting" button opens a booking page hosted by Cal.com. The details you enter there (name, email, time slot) are passed to us to arrange the meeting. Cal.com processes them underits own privacy policy.

Why we use this data

• To answer your questions and arrange a meeting you asked for (steps prior to a contract).
• To follow up with you about Gravity after your enquiry (legitimate interest).
• To store the chat identifier in your browser (your consent).

Who can access it

Gravity's founders, and the technical providers we rely on to run the service: hosting for the website and the application, database, email delivery, meeting booking, and the provider of the language model that generates the chat's answers. Your data is never sold or rented.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. Such transfers are then covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR: a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Conversations and contact details: 3 years after our last exchange with you.
• The chat identifier and your language choice: in your browser, until you clear them.
• Your cookie choices: 13 months, after which we ask again.

Your rights

You can access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its use, ask for a copy, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to yann@neurd.tech; we reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL):cnil.fr.
